Louise is an enthusiastic and accomplished cook who loves to share her passion with family and friends.  With seasonal foods and ingredients from the house garden she can prepare a superb meal on short notice, able to be served either in the Cottage or shared with the family at the refectory table in the main house.

Homemade Pate, with crusty toasted Wholegrain Crostini

Fresh Salmon Fillets enlivened with a Lime Hollandaise on a Tomato Concasse.

Wild Duck Ragout served with Creamy Potato Mash, Grilled Tomatoes, Winter Vegetables

Beef fillet with Bordelaise sauce, served delicious Potato Gratin and Grilled Tomatoes
